Projects & Operations Manager

This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who loves variety, thrives with organization, and takes pride in execution. You will work closely with our Senior Vice President of Operations to support multiple departments across the company, including managing client projects, marketing logistics, and internal office operations. You don’t need to know everything on day one, we’ll help you learn our business and set you up for success. What matters most is that you are highly organized, proactive, dependable, and willing to roll up your sleeves. A quick thinker focused on delivering results, this person will be a trusted partner and extension of the SVP of Operations.

Location: Atlanta GA (Hybrid 2-3 days in office)
Salary: $70,000-$75,000 base salary, plus benefits and growth opportunity
Reports To: SVP of Operations

As we continue to grow and evolve, we are looking for a Project & Operations Manager who brings energy, structure, and a true can-do mindset to help keep our projects, people, and office running smoothly.

 

Responsibilities:

Client Projects
  • Support new client onboarding and active customer projects by managing timelines, task coordination, tracking deliverables, and internal and external follow-ups to ensure progress. This role will be client facing.
  • Organize inputs and feedback, ensuring next steps are clearly documented and communicated.
  • Serve as an internal liaison between teams to keep work aligned and moving forward.
  • Assist with gathering content and assets from clients.
  • Help coordinate scheduling for interviews and filming.
  • Assist with light creative planning and video storyboarding.
  • Help identify risks, gaps, or bottlenecks and flag them early.
Marketing Projects

Coordinate logistics for marketing initiatives such as:

  • Trade shows and conference participation.
  • Travel planning.
  • Promotional materials and gift send-outs.
  • Event-related timelines, shipping, and vendor coordination.
  • Track deadlines, shipments, inventory, and deliverables to ensure nothing slips.
Office & Operations Support
  • Support with office administrative items.
  • Help manage internal projects such as office improvements or events.
  • Assist with day-to-day office needs.
  • Work with SVP to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong follow-through and a bias toward action.
  • Clear, professional communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in various stages.
  • Positive, dependable, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
  • Ability to think quickly, adapt, and take initiative.
  • Experience in marketing, events, agencies, startups, or client-facing environments is a plus, but not required.
