Customer Success Manager

About the Role:
We’re seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Customer Success Manager (CSM) to own a portfolio of higher-education customers. You’ll be the primary point of contact across the full lifecycle—onboarding through renewal—driving adoption, measurable outcomes, and commercial growth (renewals, expansions, and upsells). You’ll partner closely with Product, Support, Creative, and Sales to deliver an exceptional customer experience and be the voice of the customer inside StudentBridge.
What You’ll Do:
- Own a customer portfolio: Build relationships with key stakeholders (admissions, marketing, enrollment leaders) and become a trusted advisor on StudentBridge best practices.
- Drive outcomes & adoption: Lead onboarding plans, QBRs/EBRs, and performance reviews that tie StudentBridge usage to enrollment goals and campaign KPIs.
- Retention & growth: Forecast and execute on-time renewals; identify, scope, and close expansions/upsells that create value (additional programs, features, licenses, services).
- Data-informed guidance: Monitor health, usage, and engagement; create improvement plans and playbooks to increase activation, completion rates, dwell time, and next-best-action clicks.
- Customer advocacy: Capture VoC insights to inform roadmap, positioning, and creative collateral; contribute case studies and references.
- Issue resolution: Triage risks, coordinate solutions with Support/Engineering, and communicate clear action plans and timelines.
- Cross-functional partner: Collaborate with Sales on handoffs and expansion opportunities; with Creative/Implementation on launches and refreshes; with Product on feedback and betas.
- Process excellence: Maintain accurate notes, health scores, and forecasts in CRM (e.g., HubSpot); follow consistent cadences for check-ins, renewals, and executive alignment.
How We'll Measure Success:
- Gross & Net Revenue Retention across your book.
- On-time Renewal Rate and Expansion/Attach Rate.
- Adoption & Engagement benchmarks (e.g., video starts/completions, program page dwell time, CTR to immersive experiences).
- Customer Health trends and Churn/Risk reduction.
- Customer Advocacy (references, testimonials, case studies, NPS/CSAT).
Qualifications:
- 2–5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or post-sales roles in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record driving renewals and expansions/upsells against targets.
- Confident running executive-level conversations and consultative business reviews.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable turning usage and funnel metrics into clear recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and time-management skills.
- Experience with CRM and success tooling (HubSpot huge plus).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Nice to have: Higher-education or enrollment marketing experience; familiarity with digital engagement (video viewbooks, interactive maps, virtual events).

Senior Account Executive (AE)
Location: Atlanta GA (Hybrid In-Office/Remote)

Position Overview:
We're looking for a driven and strategic Senior Account Executive to own full-cycle sales territory—from the first cold outreach to signed contract. You'll be selling our full suite of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions and our award-winning creative services to higher education institutions. This role is for someone who thrives on closing complex deals, working across multiple stakeholders, and making a serious impact!
What You’ll Do:
- Own a geographic territory and run a full-cycle sales process, from sourcing leads to closing deals. You MUST love sourcing and prospecting as well as the thrill of the close!
- Generate and maintain a healthy, high-quality pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, and inbound leads.
- Host initial discovery meetings utilizing GAP Selling techniques to uncover prospect’s pain and build powerful business cases.
- Deliver compelling capabilities presentations to a variety of stakeholders in the higher education space.
- Navigate complex buying processes, including procurement, multi-level decision making, and budgeting.
- Manage and forecast opportunities with precision, reporting through HubSpot CRM.
- Hit—and exceed—your quarterly and annual revenue quotas.
- Build strong relationships and champion referrals within your assigned territory.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying sales experience in higher education, preferably SaaS.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota.
- Deep understanding of complex sales cycles; you know how to sell to multiple levels of an organization and work with champions.
- Knowledge of GAP Selling or other consultative selling frameworks.
- Skilled in territory mapping, opportunity management, and accurate forecasting.
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).

About the Role:
StudentBridge is seeking a Director of Marketing who thrives at the intersection of creativity, digital strategy, and growth.
This is a hands-on, full-stack marketing role — ideal for a generalist who loves executing campaigns, testing new channels, producing engaging content, and driving measurable results. You’ll own the marketing engine from campaign creation through reporting, with a special focus on video-first storytelling, digital media, and podcast initiatives that showcase StudentBridge’s voice in the market.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Creative teams to amplify StudentBridge’s story, drive qualified leads, and accelerate growth in the higher education sector.
What You’ll Do:
- Video-First Marketing: Lead the strategy and execution of video-based campaigns, client stories, and digital ads that drive engagement and conversions.
- Podcast & Webinar Production: Continue and grow StudentBridge’s branded podcast and webinar series — managing guest outreach, promotion, and repurposing content across channels.
- Demand Generation: Build and optimize campaigns across paid media, social, email, and SEO to generate and nurture qualified leads.
- HubSpot Operations: Own automation, segmentation, lead scoring, and performance dashboards for full-funnel visibility.
- Content Marketing: Create and distribute compelling, multimedia content (case studies, blogs, newsletters, video snippets, and clips from podcast/webinars).
- Growth Experiments: Test new digital channels, messaging, and formats to drive continual improvement in reach and ROI.
- Brand Execution: Maintain a consistent, modern brand identity across web, video, and campaign touchpoints.

Business Development Representative (BDR)

Position Overview:
We're seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate qualified leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and creative prospecting strategies. You’ll be on the front lines of our sales efforts—making 100+ cold calls a day, sourcing leads, and booking meetings for our Account Executives. If you're a great communicator with hustle and drive, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients in the higher education space.
- Write and send personalized email cadences to engage prospects.
- Source, research, and qualify leads using tools like LinkedIn, and HubSpot.
- Schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.
- Log all activities, calls, and notes accurately in HubSpot.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
- Stay up-to-date on the higher education market.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least one-year of outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation experience (preferably B2B).
- High energy, resilience, and strong verbal communication skills.
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
- Comfortable with rejection and able to maintain positivity.
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Passion for higher education and digital solutions is a plus.
