1. Program Description

StudentBridge's SMS program provides admissions and enrollment-related communications, including but not limited to application and program updates, enrollment reminders, event notifications, and related communications from StudentBridge or the institution you are engaging with through StudentBridge's platform.

 

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and the programs or institutions you engage with. You may receive multiple messages per week depending on enrollment activity and your communication preferences.

 

3. Cost of Messages

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier may apply to any messages sent or received as part of this program. Contact your wireless provider for details about your specific plan.

 

4. Opt-Out Instructions (STOP)

You can cancel text messages at any time. Text STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from 58052. If you would like to re-join, sign up again the same way you originally opted in, or contact support below.

 

5. Help Instructions (HELP)

Reply HELP to any message for support or contact us directly at support@studentbridge.com.

 

6. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

 

7. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this SMS program, including your mobile number and opt-in status, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. SMS opt-in consent data is not shared with third parties beyond the aggregators and providers of the text messaging service.
