Director of Growth Marketing
We are looking for a growth-oriented marketer to build and scale our inbound pipeline engine. Today, the majority of our pipeline is generated through outbound efforts led by our sales team. That motion continues. This role exists to add leverage. You will be responsible for building marketing-led pipeline through campaigns, content activation, events, workflows, and demand generation programs that create measurable business impact. This is not a traditional brand or content marketing role. This is a hands-on builder role for someone excited about creating momentum, launching campaigns, and helping build a scalable growth engine. This role is accountable for helping drive revenue growth.

Salary: $90,000-$100,000 based on experience

What You’ll Own:
- Inbound pipeline generation
- Campaign strategy and execution
- HubSpot campaign and lifecycle management
- Lead nurture and conversion workflows
- Webinar and event-driven engagement programs
- Video-led marketing initiatives
- Marketing performance reporting and optimization
- Support of outbound effectiveness through stronger messaging and campaign air cover
What You’ll Do :
- Build and launch campaigns that generate qualified meetings and opportunities
- Turn existing video and content assets into high-performing demand generation programs
- Create workflows, nurtures, and segmentation strategies inside HubSpot
- Run webinars, virtual events, and targeted outreach campaigns
- Use LinkedIn and digital channels as pipeline drivers, not just awareness tools
- Collaborate closely with sales to improve conversion and pipeline velocity
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on outcomes
- Continuously test new ideas, messaging, and approaches to improve results

Who You Are:

You have experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or pipeline generation
- You think commercially and understand how marketing impacts revenue

You are comfortable moving quickly and testing ideas

You understand B2B marketing and longer sales cycles
- You are highly organized and data-driven
- You are comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, leadership, and creative teams
- You enjoy building systems and creating momentum
- You are willing to execute directly, not just manage strategy
Bonus Experience:
- HubSpot expertise
- Experience with video-led marketing
- Webinar or event-driven pipeline generation
- Higher education or SaaS experience
- LinkedIn campaign and organic growth experience
